WHAT SETS OUR DIVE CENTRE APART FROM THE REST?
When a dive centre tells you they are safe, what does that actually entail?
At Adang Sea Divers, safety is not only a guideline, it is a priority and we make sure it is incorporated into every aspect of our day to day running and planning.
SSI STANDARDS
When it comes to SSI Standards, we have found a lot of dive centres can be a little relaxed. As a SSI Blue Oceans Centre, we take the standards set out super seriously.
Students are trained to the highest industry standards and expected to stay within their limits. Adang Sea’s Instructors and Divemasters are monitored and tested regularly.
OUR SCUBA EQUIPMENT
Committed to servicing and renewing all of our equipment on a regular basis. Old and worn equipment is retired and renewed whenever necessary.
This is a part of our ongoing commitment to ensure our customers have access to the safest equipment whilst diving.
OUR AIR
Tank cylinders are visually inspected annually, and are hydrostatically tested every 5 years.
We have a Coltri-Sub/Bauer compressor with an external filter system. Compressor filter are changed every 50 hours. Always having clean air when diving with Adang Sea Divers.
EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT
Both the Dive Centre and speedboat are always fully equipped with an emergency medical kit. They both have a serviced O2 tank and administration kit.
EMERGENCY PLAN
Emergency Action Plan up around various spots of the dive centre and of course on our boat.
This ensures that in an emergency situation, anyone can follow easy guidelines and contact the right point of call.
CPR TRAINING
It is so important for every staff member, diver or not, to have a valid and current React Right qualification.
We retrain our staff every 6 months to keep everyone fresh and confident with their emergency medical skills.
INSURANCE
As the Tarutao National Park is so remote. It is compulsory for all our divers and snorkelers to have insurance covering them for in water activities.
We can register with store policy to ensure that every person is well looked after. However it is best to get your own policy before travelling.

DIVE FROM OUR SPEEDBOAT
LESS DIVERS, MORE FISH!
Some of the biggest benefits to diving from a speedboat are the later departures, shorter journey times and smaller groups. When diving from our custom made speedboat, you can get to the dive sites quickly and comfortably. This usually meaning we have the dive site to ourselves!
Our flexible departures will allow you to choose 1,2, 3 or 4 dives per day. So you will have maximum time to relax with family and friends during your trip to Koh Lipe.
Our groups are small, with a maximum of 10 customers on the boat and at most, four divers per dive guide. This ensures you receive the attention you deserve.
