The easiest way to contact us is through email. Please keep in mind that although we reply regularly an internet connection is not always available on Koh Lipe and often extremely slow, therefore it may take 2 or 3 days before we can send you the information you requested.
It is also possible to reach us by phone. Sometimes we're all out diving so if nobody answers your call please try again later. The best time to call is between 4 and 7 PM local time.

Our postal mail arrives in Pak Bara at Adang Sea Tour office. It is then brought to us by speedboat. It is possible for mail to take several weeks before it reaches Koh Lipe. Here's our address:

To confirm your booking we need a downpayment which you can transfer to our bank account.
We require 20% - 100% deposit depending on your choice of resort in order to confirm your booking, with any balance due upon arrival. Please remember there's no ATM on Koh Lipe so you will need to withdraw sufficient cash before coming to the island. There's an ATM in Pak Bara. It is also possible to pay in Euros, GBP or USD.
